NO:
1. laws are passed through a process we all agree are, hence that, we should all be bonded by such laws.
2. Society is based on orders, laws ensure such orders, laws reflect the interests of the majority.
3. It is not possible for a society of a diverse population to universally agree on everything, compromises are absolutely essential, and such compromises are the prices of the benefits the society offers.
YES:
1. Conflicts bring social movements to better our society.  If a law is deemed to be unjust, we have the duties to act to change such law.
examples:
a.  MLK, Jr :"This is our hope. This is the faith with which I return to the South. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day."
b. Montgomery Bus Boycott
c. Civil war, revolutionary war (disobey the law of slavery, the law of the Brittan, eventually help the country to progress)

NO的基础上可以加上最后一点关于yes的部分, 使论证更完美,

admittedly, If a law is deemed to be unjust, we have the duties to act to change such law. However, this is not the excuse that we don't obey the law. Instead, we should process the change legally through the legitimate system.
