住宿 - 英國劍橋(Cambridge, UK) 徵室友

我八月底開始要到劍橋(Cambridge)上班, 想找室友一起合租房子.
學生或上班族都可以, 只要能一起分擔家務, 一起保持公共區域的潔淨(尤其是廚房衛浴).
房租方面我提議大房間(套房)的分六成, 小房間(雅房)分四成. 我大小房都可以.
水電等平分.

我現在還在看房子, 如果有興趣可以跟我一起去找適合的地方.
我有車, 所以需要有車位的房子.
房子有附家具或沒家具都無所謂. 如果你是學生, 家具我可以買.
