【残文】(捧着PC写了10分钟就睡着了的一篇) When asked if it is better to work alone or to cooperate with other colleagues, my personal answer is that it is absolutely much greater to to cooperate with others. My two main reasons supporting my attitude are listed as follows.
In the first place, in a cooperated work, we can learn a lot of things from the other people, which include skill, experience, and also the way they think. Needless to say,
Moreover, cooperation provides us an excellent chance to finish the work in a more efficient way. This is due to that nowadays most of the works require specific skilled workder in various areas. To be exactly, imagine the case of motorcar production, workers produce parts and works assemble them possess distinctly different professional skills, which leads to a result that only cooperate with other people, a motorcar can be produced in the shortest time. The point that I must emphasize is a good manager what is able to manage workers with different professions is a key to successful cooperation.
There is no denying that working alone does help workers grow faster, since in this situation workers have to figure out every aspect by themselves. However, this is just not sufficient enough to support the standpoint, because when working cooperatively, workers can easily grow up by learing quick from a senior and more skillful one.
In conclusion, I suggest to work with other colleagues if there is a chance. |
