E 大概是因为修饰部分放在了后面(finally under way)

is awkward and to extent that it can be seen as a grammatical.does not make sense.

类似hopes，belief, confidence这样的抽象无内容名词，后接that同位语从句为优选，楼主可以看看正确句子合集，都是这样的，GMAC的最爱啊

正确句子有很多都是名词+that从句呀~这样的名词有belief,confidence,assertion,suggestion,opinion,hypothesis,evidence,expectation...做题时注意下~
