这道题应该选A吧. 题目说3在P这个集合里,  问是否每个3的倍数(正)都在集合里?
条件1, X在P中,  X+3就在P中, 说明3+3n都在P中, 可推出3的倍数,正数, 如3,6, 9 ....都在P中. 成立
条件2, X在P中, X-3就在P中, 说明3-3n都在P中, 就是说能推出3, 0,-3...都在P中, 但是正的倍数根据条件无法获知. 不成立

第一个条件我能理解，但第二个就有点疑问：
若设x=3n的话，x-3不应该是3n-3吗？也应该包括所有3 的正倍数啊？

不能设X为3n, 因为题目中只说3在集合里, 如果设X为3n是说3的倍数都在集合里,不和题意.
条件2可以这样理解, 3在集合里, 3-3也在集合里; 0在集合里, 0-3 也在集合里,以此类推, 推出全是3的负的倍数.
不知这样说你能理解不?
