还是只有be likely to do 这种用法吧？

I find some sentence on the website and it is very close to the original one. So I am thinking C is right. Since whether more likely or as like as is right,the point is that likely to do is an idiom.

我问了一下一个加拿大籍的外教，他说A是对的。1，four times as likely as =four times more likely than,在意思上没有不同，但是four times as likely as 中的 as是一样多的意思，这样表达给人感觉有点怪。还是four times more likely than常用。2，likely + in/on doing 或者likely+to do 都是可以的表达方式。3,plan to do 和 plan on dong 也都是可以的。4，are 在这里是没有问题的，有are的话比较会更对等。比较来说A更formal,应该选A

才对。
