Lyme disease is caused by a bacterium transmitted to humans by deer ticks. Generally deer ticks pick up the bacterium while in the larval stage from feeding on infected white-footed mice. However, certain other species on which the larvae feed do not harbor the bacterium. 这道题为什么不是B呢? 人要是可以直接接触white-footed mice的话,增加其他specious不久没用了吗

问的是加强,不是削弱。

这个不是排除了人直接接触white-footed mice的可能性,不是因该strength了吗
