A number of charges have been raised against me, some serious, some trivial. Individuals seeking to control the corporation for their own purposes have demanded my resignation. Furthermore, as the corporation’s unbroken six-year record of growth will show, my conduct of my official duties as chairman has only helped enhance the success of the corporation, and so benefited every stockholder.

现在法院不能证明他有罪而且在被判有罪之前都是innocent,所以我觉得C项应该也是可以成立的哇。。求童鞋解答

我觉得这个是她自己的片面之词吧 你说自己没罪就没有吗？ 别人起诉他肯定是有原因的 所以客观上来说不能说它是innocent  其实我是菜鸟 但是这大概是我想得 呵呵 支持下楼喽 各位NN快来解答啊

以下是我的思路，仅供参考

这个INFER题型的特点是选项的信息一定要符合原文：
而和C 选项有关的信息，在原文的原句是：Remember that no court of law in any state has found me guilty of any criminal offense whatsoever==>这个是法律条文，到目前为止还没有证据证明他是有罪的

而C 选项是The chairman is innocent of any criminal offense==> sth is sth==>说明这个是个事实，就像是地球绕着太阳转一样的事实

没有证据证明和“是不是” 是两回事

就好比：到目前为止没有证据证明我是小偷==>1）以后可能会有证据的  2）我可能是小偷，也可能不是，只是现在不能证明而已

我不是小偷==>这个是绝对肯定的答案

在加一句“Which of the following can be properly inferred from the excerpt”说明原文的题干是绝对正确的，是一切推论的依据。这个逻辑题和RC中的infer题一样，别乱推，能少推就少推。宗旨是所有的推出的信息要能够在原文中找到对应点，别跳出原文的范文，原文没有说的，绝对别去推
