the main point about the objection is the advertisement's effect on people... so I think whether or not the ad works on normal people but works on physician is the key point should be clarified.

这题我开始选择的D，但是想想E应该更正确

D是从广告对医生的影响来讨论的，但E是从病人对医生的影响来看的。而题目中的论述主体也是病人要求医生开药，因而更相关吧。而且重要的是结论，the objection provides no concern

但D我觉得也不错，至少微弱支持吧，如果医生看重公共广告的话，或许就会受到其影响了。

不知道这样理解对不，希望大家讨论
