Kellogg Students Taking Questions (1Y / 2Y MBA, MMM, JDMBA)

Hi Zonia,


Would like to get some suggestions for this year's essay 3.


"Assume you are evaluating your application from the perspective of a student member of the Kellogg Admissions Committee. Why would you and your peers select you for admission, and what impact would you make as a member of the Kellogg community?"

For this question, do I have to write in the way that I'm a student adcom member? I mean write in the way like " I would recommend Steven for admission because of X Y Z bla bla" or I still can write as "per normal" like " I believe the student committee would select me for admission because of X Y Z bla bla"


Moreover, for the second portion of the question " what impact would you make as a member of the Kellogg community". Am I back myself? or I am still the student committee and need to write like" Steven would contribute to Kellogg community in X Y Z blabla" .


This essay question really confuses me but I hope I didn't confuse you here...

新人注册，对Kellogg One －Year MBA非常痴迷，请问楼主Kellogg主页上说要求candidate必须申请前完成若干经济类核心课程，并提供相关学历或成绩证明。请问，如果本科国内没有读商科，通过了CFA的二级或三级考试，自学了CFA的课程，是否有资格申请？谢谢谢谢

个人觉得kellogg喜欢招工作经验稍长一些的。但是今年从大陆过去的，有入学时工作经验为三年的同学。不确定有没有工程背景的。

你说工程背景是指academic是工程，还是说工作经验是技术工程师类的？
工作经验上来说，今年录取的同学几乎没有纯技术工程师背景的；从Academic方面讲是有的；
工作年限80%集中在3-5年；但至少到入学都有3年工作经验；
