A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price, per milligram, as the drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient.

选C。

如选D的话，New drug is sold for three times the price of drug /product（但是后面不缺drug /product，实际上缺的是price）. 而如果补全后面的the drug’s maker charges for another product，应该是：the drug’s maker charges price for another product。可以看到原文的the price就是定语从句的先行词，即用that引导的定语从句！

D 选项,change of price for sth, 我从未见过这种用法

肯定是D呀,因为要保持语意及结构上的一致,价格肯定要与价格比较,所以要用of+什麽product.

不要在所谓固定搭配上浪费时间.

that 引导定语从句的话, 在它之前无逗号. 而which 有.

我最终决定选 C，因为逗号是对插入语起作用的，此处可以忽略逗号及插入语。

E 的选项适合于动词用sold, sell 等，此处是 charge，因此不能用 at which.

对不起，始终不觉得 D 正确

我选了E，但看了楼上andy的解释后觉得C正确。将句子第二部分还原成正常语序就会看得比较清楚：drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient $10(举个方便的例子）.然后 $10 = the price = that.

不知道这样的解释是否能表达清楚

"what" the drugs maker charges is "price".

price of what the drugs maker changes = price of price

awkward.

The answer should be C. the price that drugs maker charges.

charge 是及物动词，the price在that定于从句中作 charge的宾语。
