if d, than it may mean that "the drug's maker charges of the price for another product ..." it sounds very strange to me. I don't think the word "what" here should mean the product
if E, than it means that "the drug's maker charges at the price for another product ..." I think e is the best choice
but i don't understand why in the first half of this sentence it is said that "A ...drug is being sold FOR ..." don't understand why "for" is used here, but anyway we should focus on the underlined part and there is no "for which" choice
