我觉得应该选C，that作price的定语，就是the price that the manufacturer charges for another product.

语法方面的各种具体规定我也不是太清楚，不过我觉得that从句是修饰price的，price应该是做charge for的宾语，不知道对不对，请斑竹姐姐指正

可是，中间断开了，That这个紧跟名词的限定性的修饰也许就不能用了的说。。。用Which应该可以的。

不过总觉得charge for的宾语不应该是price。。。。

I am not sure. longman doesn't explain this "charge for" in detail. But a example in kingsoft, "charges ten dollars for a haircut", may lend some support to choice C.
