to be sighted作定语为什么要用将来时呢？

我觉得是不是要表达一种时间的对比，从意思上看，是它1967年就被发现了，“将会”被观测到，但是1968年这个发现还没有被提出。

知道1968年才被提出。但是在1967年就被发现了。
被提出这个动作已经是过去时了，那么1967年的事情怎么可以是将来时呢？

我觉得应该是站在1967年的角度上看是将来的，将来的1968年这个发现没有被提出。不知道可不可以这样的理解

这里之所以不用sighted，是因为如果这样，意思就变成了

我觉得不能分着看，这里关键是前面有first，其实就是the first to do，由于star只能被sighted，所以说the first star to be sighted，这里中间夹了修饰语。
