我发EMAIL询问项目情况，结果对方说我的语气 accusatory和unprofessional求解释

我开始问了一个问题他回答：11 students received scholarships in the Class of 2010.  The range of scholarship amounts was $2,500 - $6,500 CDN.
我又问：Do you mean 11 out of 24 students received scholarships?
I would like to know the breakdown of  the Class of 2010 single-degree option by original country and sex.
Also, can you tell you the average age and average amount of time of full-time work experience, internship not included?

过了5天没回我，我就又发了一封只写了hello？的EMAIL
又过了7天，还是没回我
我就又发了一封，说：Hi! I am wondering why you did not answer my questions, can you tell why?
他回了，信的开头说I do not appreciate the accusatory and unprofessional tone of your e-mail. I strongly advise you to exercise better judgement in addressing organizations or institutions in the future. This will be my final response to you.
后面是对我那些问题的答复


我想问一下，我什么地方显示出了accusatory 和unprofessional?
还有我想问一下， “ This will be my final response to you”代表他以后都不会回我的任何邮件了吗？谢谢！

我觉得确实有点不够恭敬 毕竟是老师或者年纪大些的 又不是朋友

不知道了，基本上都是隔天可以收到邮件
都是直接用what和is的，没注意过囧

你直接就hello?  hi?的是蛮不礼貌的.
而且你后面催的信就是质问的口气.　收到邮件的人应该是蛮窝火的.

个人觉得，写邮件，如果不是跟特别熟的朋友，开头结尾那些礼数性的话是最好不要少的。

另外，lz你连发两封邮件催问，而且后一封感觉已经像是质问了，的确会让人不爽的~~~

一点客套和敬词都没上
第一封信 I would like to know ..., Can you tell me...,这个都太不书面  太不委婉了
 要我我也不理你    我为什么要告诉你？ 特别你又那么不客气
要我就用would you please  give me some imformation about...甚至我都用would you mind, provide, kind 之类的词

后面一封就更无语了   责问的口气     正常也该是   再发一封同样的信  并表示也许上一封没有被收到   并表示感谢

给学校招生办发邮件 最起码注意几个基本原则，

第一，很多招生负责人也是学校的老师，不像我们的这边学校又复杂的行政体系，比如这些行政人员 天天发发邮件什么的， 但是这些老师，他们的工作也很忙。 回复的肯定会慢些。

第二，他们不是你们的朋友（不意味着以后也不是），也就是说，邮件的措辞要委婉，正式，礼貌。

第三， 最基本的信件格式得有吧。 比如dear ... 最后的regards 什么的。良好的格式总会给人留下很好的第一印象。 会让对方觉得你很严谨， 别人也会乐意跟你交流。

其实发邮件就当成GMAT作文，逻辑结构清晰，语言简洁，态度诚恳委婉。 没有那个老师会拒绝的。 与人交流沟通。 如果 你不想把自己的邮件被列入垃圾邮件，那么请遵循这些原则
