My assumption as follow:
Although aspiring has been proven to eliminate moderate fever associated with some illnesses(concession),
many doctors on longer routinely recommend its use for this purpose(conclusion).
Because a moderate fever stimulates the activity of the body's disease-fighting white blood-cells and also inhibits the growth of many strains of disease-causing bacteria.(premise)

although aspiring has some benefits , but the doctors will not recommend anymore, because it cause some defects? Therefore, there must are some defects which is caused by aspiring
so, my answer is C

最后一句是premise么？

另外，第三题的best serve as part of an argument是对main point的通用问法之一么？

if you negate the opposing opinion, you would get the main conclusion, which states in choice E
