另外我还是不明白had had为什么就是had entered的省略呢，OG中是这么说的 Furthermore, the verb of that clause will need to be in the past perfect form (had had) because it refers to a time before the simple past of entered.
这个had had明明是have 的过去完成时，还记得吗，中学就学过的have的四种时态：have, had,have had, had had
而要表明had entered的省略应该是had done才对啊。enter的四种时态：enter, entered, have entered, had entered

同意“我愛歐洲”，不同意“rt316”。
比较的是“supplies”的多少，但不能因此就补出。
看两个例子：
OG－89，正确答案的一部分“there is now one microcomputer for everythirty-two pupils, four times as many as there were four years ago.”
OG－200，正确答案的一部分“there are much larger populations of pesticide-degrading microbes in soils with a relatively long history of pesticide use than in soils that are free of such chemicals.“
一位战友说了"要补也不是补that those而是补there are。如果是populations in soils are more than those in ～～，这个时候才补those"
所以同意“我愛歐洲”，Although Napoleon's army entered Russia with far more supplies than it had had （supplies）for any previous campain…………
省略部分我觉得是Although Napoleon's army entered Russia with far more supplies than it had had for any previous campain…………
由此引出，既然时态不同为什么可以省略呢？
我找OG中很多“比较时间”的题, 很少看到有补充的成分。（我只列了正确的部分）
