【越障2-17】<br />6：56，这篇读的快睡着了..T T好久没读这么越障的越障了，challenging~<br />第一遍读下来前半部分不太懂，后半部分稍懂一点..尽量写吧..<br /><br />1. 说是发现了不对称的夸克，并且找到了另一种物质X（名字忘了）。<br />2. 接下来一堆看不懂的东西..提到了几个关键概念: photon，W and Z.好像是在介绍X如何一形成comic的其他物质的。<br />3. 最后讲的貌似是其他相关的研究。<br /><br />就没读懂多少..sigh..喝杯咖啡迟些再读一遍~快屎了。。。。

【速度1-6】<br />差3行<br />差4行<br />差4行<br />差2行<br />刚好<br />【速度1-7】<br />58s<br />差3行<br />差1行<br />差1行<br />差3行<br />【越障1-4】<br />7'11''<br />第一大部分描述的是一些不健康心理甚至是心理疾病<br />第二大部分介绍了治疗方法EA，但评价这个方法反而可能太压抑病人心理，不好；后面又介绍了ACT的治疗，直面不好的事情和情绪还有重新认识自己的价值神马的，有一个H开头的学者评价ACT的治疗方法能减少患者对药物的使用，比传统好。<br />读的时候走神走得很厉害啊......不知道飘到哪个疙瘩去了<br />果然阅读这种东西就是要持续练，偷懒了两天就慢那么多，越障也没有耐心~TAT~

to 七重纱：坚持坚持啊~坚持1-2个星期以上看文章的时候基本上不太会受状态影响的，除非你特别特别困~哈~<br />to 裤裤：恩大家也都是练出来滴，而且是第一遍看完后的回忆，其实肯定不是完全准确的，添油加醋和合理猜想。。嘿嘿。。

<br /><br />Kid Verbal已经昨完了？我现在还在做，怎么感觉CR比OG12得要难啊？我现在只做了evaluation &amp; Fill in the blank两个部分，根本不知道在说什莫。weaken &amp;strengthen还好，所以先放在后面做，可是为什么我做的那两个部分感觉像是天书，根本没有做题的技巧，不知道从哪里下手。后来干脆做阅读算了。。。Kid，你有这种感觉吗？传授一下经验。

<br /><br />T T 我记得我一战的时候好像都米整理任何技巧……娘的~害得我现在没题做。<br /><br />to fox&amp; 抓抓~<br />我昨晚也想明白了，逼呗。。我觉得是我很久没做题导致脑袋钝了？！<br />估计我回顾第一遍CR肯定是这样，那我就逼自己一遍，估计到第二遍就好了！<br />嗯。。下完雨了，今天北京这破太阳照的我睁不开眼。。。。。<br /><br />本月网时还剩7分钟。。。我下个月加入你们一起更新文章好不好~<br />下个月女朋友就回家啦，哇哈哈哈<br />我就自由翱翔了~~！！！~~~~
