[求助]疑惑一题 关于While的疑问

WITH表示伴随的状态原因,最常见不过的用法了.

E:While 如果表示让步的话,前后逻辑不通,如果表示当...时候的话,加上个 in the last year.应该用过去式,不是现在完成式

D 中的缺点： 1. 前半部在说去年的情况，后半部在说现在的情况，到底能不能这么平列; 2. 为什么要加become,原句没有； 3. 很多人认为becoming, increasingly意思重复
E 中has plummedted表示情况从去年就开始了一直持续到现在，跟后面这个现在进行的情况在逻辑上都是表示现在的情况，不觉得有什么不妥。 但是E形式上没有D那么好看，
最后我选E，因为不觉得while用法有错，加上认为需要用现在完成时态。

难道出现具体过去时间点in the last year不是应该用一般过去时吗？

至于选项D，我觉得还算相对正确的。“前半部在说去年的情况，后半部在说现在的情况，到底能不能这么平列”，不同时态并列不一定就错误啊，印象中OG中也有的，至于increasingly就是副词修饰名词而已，况且become没有愈加的意思吧

my opinion:

when从句前面有个逗号，说明是非限定性定语从句，那么说明是一个补充部分，而不是一个句子主干，那么翻译的时候可以先不看。

 

有的人把D翻译成，随着无线服务去年价格下降，移动电话也变得逐渐普遍，因为很多无线公司开始在晚上和周末提供无限制低额收费，所以很多人现在就晚上和周末打电话。

但是！when从句前面有个逗号，说明是非限定性定语从句!

所以，应该翻译为：随着无线服务去年价格下降，移动电话也变得逐渐普遍，很多人现在就晚上和周末打电话，那个时间段正好是很多无线公司开始在晚上和周末供无限制低额收费的时间段。

 

很明显，下划线部分逻辑不对。其存在转折含义，所以应该用while.                            

另外，我认为become有increasingly的意思。

查阅了一下语法书，While引导的从句的谓语动作必须是延续性的，强调主句和从句的动作同时发生，并且存在对比，而E中的主句和从句并非同时发生，也不存在对比，所以是错的，虽然我自己做题的时候也选E了。

我觉得E一来改变了原句的意思，原句用Because of,那么就是说花费下降和手机普及，人们都（开始）用手机打长途电话。而While则有2个意思(一表伴随，二表转折），让句子变得Unambiguous
