不错，compare后的确强调的是事物间的差异，问题在于，Minivans后面的as many as结构是纳入在一个非限定结构中，用来说明Minivans的特点，其并不是主句成分，因此不属于比较范围。这点，恰恰是A的错误。

A固然语法没错，但就意思的表达来说，Ｄ相对好些．一般英语一句话有一个中心idea,这里是Minivans are better thanmost SUVs. 能运到7个乘客只是peripheral idea, 同后面的”cost less...”在长度和意思上都不对称，所以还是Ｄ的表达捎好些．
