五年前多少或是五年來增加多少並不重要，重要的是題目傳達出

因為新科技的應用，現在的產量比五年前增加兩位

流沙說的很對，這種題目就是造抄一遍，大概也只有conclusion有這種題目吧

同样的问题,虽说可用美观此排除法排除e选项,可是毕竟文中提到productivity的提高,不也意味着产量double和cost的降低么??

偶也是一下子就选中了E，感觉A就是原文照抄，一般原文照抄的基本都有错（偶做题的感觉），所以把帖子顶出来，请NN帮忙解答一下为什么E不对呢？

我认为：D是可以直接排除的，因为文中没有提到任何individual mine的信息。

关键是A和C。

A是个比较隐蔽的答案，arundhati，你有没有发现，conlusion的难题都是用一些抽象的词或是概括的话去代替原文中的名词，想造成是新信息的假象，使的我们一看就排除。其实就是答案，我想是老美可能就不存在这种障碍了。这题也是同样的，工人数不变就是没有开新矿的代名词。

这样选项很符合题目的意思，新矿的数不变，output 增加。这个是文中给的事实，和逻辑关系

C。缺少一个条件，technology，题目是technology和new mine两个条件给出的 increase，所以，只给一个条件发生变化，而没有给出另外一个条件的情况，我们不能得出准确的判断

it actually was.--看了前辈的分析，还是不明白为什么C不对啊！难道不能理解C就是题目中最后一句话的conclusion么？除非是even though这个词偶理解错了。
