我刚试了一下，可以的啊~~
以下几点检查一下：

选择简历后，按一下upload按钮，把简历上传，然后再提交报名表。
上传的文件只能是doc、docx、pdf这三种格式。其他的不行
还有，整个报名表，只有msn、第二个email地址，这两项是选填的。其他的都要填写。
