I think E for Q9 is because A means that need to add the course behavior science in the business school curricula. That's the meaning of "change". Actually the author proposes the change of attitude towards the behavioral science.

A不太好，文章的主体不是要修改curricula,而是分析student’s perception on behavior science和怎么改变perception. 作者从未认为curricula是造成这种现象的原因。原因都是学生自身和各种外部原因。提出的改进也不是修改curricula。

第一段，作者借curricula来说这个现象,即BS没有得到应有的重视. curricula是现象，不是原因。

E也不是完美的，identify不恰当。因为此文是结论解释文章，作者是先提出观点再分析。indentify就相当于大家都首先认同了他的观点。

但相对而言E更好些。
