感觉写得好烂啊。。。大家帮忙看看,给给点意见哦!!小女纸在这里谢谢大家啦~~~
When it comes to the issue that what kind of way a businessperson should follow when he wants to maximize the profits of the company for a long time, some people may stick to the point that following the highest standards of ethics is the most effective one. However, others may assert that this is not the most effective way. From my perspective, the correlation between the greatest profits and the highest standards of ethics varies under different circumstance.
To begin with, it is true that following the highest standards of ethics can sometimes bring about the greatest profits of a certain company, especially when the statement of "following the highest standards of ethics" equals to the concept of costumer—-centered. It is because that the costumers, who are always very good at telling which company can provide them the best services or products, are more inclined to consume the products or services provided by costumer-centered companies. To illustrate this, we need to look at no more further than the example of a food company, Daxing Food Company. As a matter of fact, eating healthy food means a lot to everyone who live in the earth. However, in China, many companies provide foods which are not clean and healthy and sometimes even fatal. At this very moment, Daxing Food Company, who follows the highest standards of ethics, are always providing food without contamination to industrial chemicals or virus such as E-coli. Consequently, consumers choose to buy foods from Daxing who can provide clean and healthy foods and the company has gained a increase in sales and profits every year.
Besides, following the highest standards of ethics can also maximize the profits of a certain company effectively when the authorities recommend companies to offer their services or products under the guideline of highest standards of ethics. Government can effectuate the recommendation by imposing larger tax rate on those who go against it or by giving bonus to those who follow the recommendation. As a result, the profits are redistribute between two groups of companies, those who follow the highest standards of ethics and those who do not, and the former one can maximize its profits.
Admittedly, following the highest standards of ethics can not bring the greatest profits to companies under other possible circumstances. Initially, if costumers can not figure out which company is selling the cleanest and healthiest foods, those companies who follow the highest standards of ethics may not be able to maximize their profits because following the highest standards of ethics can always result in higher cost. Secondly, if the authorities can not guarantee that every company who disobeys the recommendation mentioned above will get punished or that companies follow the recommendation can get the substitute, companies, no matter those who follow the recommendation or those who do not, will find other more effective way to get the highest revenues and the lowest cost. Consequently, there are other more effective way rather than the highest standards of ethics for businesspersons to follow if the information in the market is not complete or if the governance of the authorities can not be guaranteed.
To conclude, the issue of whether the most effective way to get the largest profits is to follow the highest standards of ethics is a complex one. As situation changes and value varies, businesspersons should choose the proper way to maximize profits according to the different circumstances.
