再给一句and的例子，Black Fiction surveys a wide variety of novels，bringing to our attention in the　process some fascinating and little-known works like James Weldon　Johnson’s Autobiography of an Ex-Colored Man.

后面的little-known后前面的fascinating在句意上也存在着转折关系。这里的连接词也用了and。

although状语从句接两个主句，用and连接两个句子都没错，我是指and连接的这两个句子从意义上是递进的关系。形式上也不严格对称。
