关于来darden大部分是医药类公司的说法是不正确的。。。。。
科技公司类似microsoft (finance/marketing/strategy), amazon (finance/product mgr), yahoo, adobe等等这些都在这里招.. Microsoft和amazon是招人大户。

我是你的话，location是唯一考虑。如果想留西岸，UCLA方便，如果无所谓地点，就来Darden。虽然Darden靠华盛顿很近，但是最多就业的几个城市是纽约，华盛顿，西雅图，达拉斯等。darden二年级有一半的人留美国，分别在纽约x2，华盛顿，西雅图x2，田纳西。

所以Darden这边二年级拿中国护照的毕业前都找到工作了吗？UCLA那边说数据还没有finalized，我忘记进一步问，但感觉怎么好像是还有人没找到。这个不确定，要进一步confirm。

I wish Saturday was really the end of the world. So I don't have to make this tough choice. I talked to students at both schools and alums from both schools. I love them all. They are all great people. They didn't even know me but they were all willing to spend an hour from their busy lives on the phone with me, just to help me make a good choice. If any one of them was mean to me, maybe it could be an easier choice. I have never been so torn in my whole life so far.

Maybe it seems that I'm leaning towards UCLA now from how I talk. It made me seem like a bad UVa alum. I just want to say, I love UVa. I will be a UVa alum and be loyal to UVa for my whole life, no matter which one I choose eventually.  

Sorry for being emotional. I'm just torn. I don't know what to do.

LA的生活比UVA精彩多了，吃喝玩乐腐败大大的；charllotsville is nice, but too quiet，非常典型的college town，CA开放的多，不过据说SoCal剩女挺多，但是欢迎来北加wsn集中的地方相亲~~

通过跟两边的学长聊，感觉好像找工作问题都不大。不过现在confirm了Darden这边毕业前都解决了工作问题，但是UCLA那边好像不确定，让我有点担心。Anderson Class 11好像稍微有一些问题，因为很多intern都是在国内做的。但是他们Class 12好像想在美国做intern的，都能在美国做。这样的话，Class 12可能留美，或最后找full-time问题不大。


不知道前面帮我回帖的有没有Anderson的学长，学姐，还有同届的同学，因为我认不出你们的ID。Darden这边的两位学长和同届的同学都出来帮我出主意了，真的让我很感动。如果有我没认出ID的学长学姐，抱歉。

我想再说一次，不管我最后怎样选，会不会成为double Hoo，我这辈子都是Hoos。UVa is blood in my vein.

我就是去LA玩，包括LA附近的几个城市，在那边住了几周，爱上了那边。北加还没去过，听说更好。

北加玩的没有南加多，中餐也没有南加好，但是空气好很多，没有南加那么挤（南加的traffic。。。。），离lake tahoe和yosemite近一些，可是离vegas死远，nnd

老实说，做CONSULTING的话，还是去DARDEN吧。而且在LA吃吃喝喝这种事情，你完全可以毕业以后去LA工作，毕竟MBA主要还是为了就业考虑的。
