阅读第一篇，说的是CEO的作用以及compensation for CEO 过高的问题，有学者认为CEO报酬高对公司业绩有好处，however， 作者反驳了这一点，三段，第一段总起，接着说consultants主要从CEO客户获益，第二段说CEO与实际具体工作的参与员工没有太多接触，inspire他们的概率小，接触他们的主要是中层管理者，CEO报酬过高会使这一部分人不满，lower morale。第三段说在IT等高技术产业，CEO的作用是决定性的，因为最终决策他们定。但这不能说明他们公司贡献大，因为他们做出的错误决策跟正确决策数量相当。 文章思路大概就这样子
