all schools like white students from ivy under, wall street working experience. But even chicago and mit can not get students with all these characteristics every year.
The admissions officer at Kellogg told me that they want to have a balance of two types of students: 1. those very good in math coming street out of school, 2. those with some industry experience and can leverage on that.
