Subject: Are people never satisfied with what they have?
Answer:

Attractant is increasing as well as the development of the society. Nowadays, people are always eager to get what they are lacking of, such as more wealth, and stronger power, even though the currently situation is enough for them. It's a very common sense which is belong to human nature. However, with the passion of achieving the final satisfaction, some people have made numerous mistakes in the course. As I concerned, people should control their emotional actions while they lost their direction on the way to the imaginary goal.
Obviously, everybody wants to own more fortune, such as higher salary, more comfortable accommodation, or even a newer mobile. For example, the case had happened that 5-time changing of new mobiles to one of my classmates in the 4 years university time only. While I had insisted to use my old stuff for 8 years till now, which is still working perfectly. Such a money waste of her that she have made only for chasing the newest fashion. To be inferred, such kind of cases are happening everywhere in the modern society even more serious, as this small example is only from my classmate.

Furthermore, this tendency is not only related to the fortune or wealth, but also according to the position or power people are eager for. The suitable position is prepared for the people who is diligently striving. Unfortunately, there is only few suitable vacancies while there are plenty of candidates. For this subtle phenomenon, from hundreds years ago till now, numerous people had made typical mistakes which entirely destroyed his/her reputation even the future of the world's history, such as Nazi Hitler, who wanted the whole world while he was the president of Deutsch already.

All in general, as the old Chinese phrase goes, "Enjoy what you have now." People should try to learn how to appreciate the current situation, the family, the friends, the job and the forth, instead of to struggle for the mistakes blindly. That's why the present is present!

Subject: Judge people by first impressions: right or wrong?

Answer:

Nowadays, people have paid more attention to the first impression, while some  people think that the first impressions is the most essential point to show his/her entirely personality or abilities. Of course, to prepare the best first impressions to people is very important, nonetheless as I'm concerning, to judge people ONLY by the first impression is definitelyridiculous, as the personality is a complex subject which even people sometimes can not understand him/herself. This sounds overstated, but the statement is well supported by the following factors and figures:

Firstly, neither a senior HR manager nor just a normal people, can not make a perfect judgment of a people in 30 minutes or even 10 hours. For example, a people with an outstanding ability and strong background, was attending to an interview which offered the absolutely suitable vacancy for him/her. Unfortunately, he/she was not in the mood that day, because of any unrespectable accidents happened, therefore he/she was passed within 5 minutes. A huge chance would be passed by him/her in the career, as well as a talent lossfor the company. In additional, for my English level, you can not judge it only from this Independed Writing, which gives you a first impression.

On the other hand, it will not mean a people would always be the way he/she showed you initially, if a people gave you an excellent first impression. As the old phrase goes, " Time reveals a person's heart." As the development the society, everything is changeable. It is necessary to indicate that some people will change his/her career direction, personality or even moral limited for numerous reasons, such as money or right. For example, the "famous" traitor in China, Wu Sangui, who opened the secret entrance and showed the path to the aggressor.

In sum, we can not only judge people by the first impression, but also complete it by the time. As if someone wants to know a people's personality entirely, just let the time to tell.

Subject: why is music important to many people?
Answer:

As the old phrase goes, "Music is the universal language for people." From the stone age when people were kicking the wood till now varies musical inistruments are palying together, the style of music have been evoluted into numerous of ways, but the spirit of that which could express people's emotion has not yet changed. Therefore, that is the proper reason of the importance of music to all the people around the world.

The song "Yesterday" which was created by the most influential and impactive rock n' roll band in the hostory, the Beatles, had widly touched and effected people's hearts by its soft melody, since it was published in 1950s. Meanwhile, the 5th symphony of Beethoven, the Fate Symphony have been played by several orchestras and conductors, is knocking our heartstrings for over 100 years.

In contrast,和illusory ..

Subject: Be self-employed, work for someone else, or own a business?

Answer:

There are several work styles to choose, be self-employed as a freelancer, work in a company as an employee, or own a business as a boss. I can not make a simple decision to choose ONLY ONE way in my career goal, as the unnecessary risk and failures would happen frequently in such a single way. Also, I don't like to be a single worker who works without anybody else. Hence, the proper way for me is firstly to work as an employee to accumulate rich experiences, after that try to hold my own business.

First of all, I'm eager to learn more factual working experiences, as well as train myself as a skilled and professional staff after the graduation. Meanwhile, there are variously related knowledge and information that I can discover from the daily work in a company which could provide me a vast and fair platform. In additional, as a fresh graduate, this is the most essential way to practise myself to be a flexible and sober team-player in the same time, such as the communication skills and team spirit.

Afterwards, I could try to manage my own business when I accumulate as enough experiences and sources as I have got. As the result of having been employed for a period of time, I might be a sophisticated responsible, and flexible team-player, who could operate a professional company in the competitive society. From business development, financial issues, public relationship, employee recruitment, and human resource management, etc., which I could utilize all I had learnt as I was an employee to operate them with all my passion and responsible.

In sum, to make a firm personality fondation is the most necessary point in initially. And I would search and wait calmly for a right time to hold my own business until the opportunity is coming.

Subject: What kind of transportation you would chose?

Answer:

This is a very interesting question to choose a transportation for me, because of there are numerous options to take, such as car, aircraft, metro or bus, and bicycle. In particular situations, there would be a specific choice that I could take.

Driving a car is an excellent choice out of the city, which I could speed it up or break it down in seconds, in order to enjoy the sights are passing by.Meanwhile, the enjoyment would be entirely fabulous, when I'm setting in the car with luxury interior including leather sets, theatrical sound system and automatic navigation. In addition, there is another experience when I'm driving beside the beach. After opening the convertible cover, soft sunshine and salty wind could go through my face, and I could even hear the whistle from the sea gull.

The bicycle is a nice choice as well. It is the best transportation in China to escape from the traffic jam. For example, if the distance is not too far as from my home to school, I would rather to choose a bicycle than a car. As it is only a small vehicle, to find a parking is much easier than driving around half an hour to seek a vacancy. Also, an excellent body practicing is an additional benefit of riding a bicycle.

To take bus or metro is the most convenience way. If I neither be bored of seeking a parking for the car nor tired of riding the bicycle, the public transportation is best choice! It is safe and comfortable, and the expenses are always in a basic requirement, that is much cheaper than a taxi.

In sum, it is very flexible to choose any transportation in the fast developed society, I can make the proper decision while I'm in the different ways.

Subject: Is money the most important aspect of a job?

Answer:

The money we earn from the work can both keep us alive and also lead us to enjoy the life. Therefore, some people thought that the money is most important reason why people work. However, the importance is not only the money people earn, but also some other additional, such as the personal time after work, the work environment, the opportunity of the field and the relationship with the colleagues.

First of all, numerous millionaires and billionaires are tending to a peaceful life, which would provide them an more enjoyable place rather than the pressure from the work. If a person work 20 hours per day, without break or vacation, result in he/she earns a huge amount of fortune. Where could he/she discover the natural of the life, such as staying with family, breathing the wind from the beach, or kissing his/her lover?

Secondly, the work environment is important as well. Not everyone is the billionaire can enjoy the personal airplane or luxury car. Thus, most of people are paying more attention to the place where they work. To choose a positive and fair company is the first choice for the young people, as they could spend all their passion on the work in order to get more experiences and the opportunity to be promoted. In addition, how to be an excellent team player is another essential point to be considered. To take a necessary position of the team, and be a decent one in the family of company, is also an enjoyment of working.

Finally, the most aspect of a job is not only the money, as we could not spend the money to buy personal time, and friends who can take concern of you. Thus, the best way is enjoying the job as well as enjoying the life.
