第三遍OG到这题又卡了，看了各版解释我想说一下我思考的结果，提干中的3%和33%有一点暗含比较。因为3%的人装radar,如果正常情况按此概率被罚的人里应该也有3%装radar才对，可结果却是33%，这就说明装了radar更易被罚一些，而结论却是装了radar更易超速，所以答案要在被罚和超速间搭桥，即装radar易被罚，被罚易超速，则装radar易超速。

IMO, "regularly" is the key point, as actually it's the gap between premises and conclusion.

3% drivers equipped with radar   ---- P1
33% ticked equipped radar ----P2
equipped with radar are more likely to exceed the speed regularly ---- C


P1 and P2 => equipped with radar are more likely to exceed the speed.   ---- R1


Comparing R1 with C, we can find "regularly" is the gap.   Then, we can cross out A, C, and D directly.
