Something about Comubia MFE

My professor runs a quant risk managment firm in Long Island
He recuits all junior from Comubia MFE, all of them are chinese.
But...He said, they know almost nothing...but they are close to recuit
However, this is the situation five years ago.
Maybe help, maybe not
