不好意思问学校, 怕他们觉得我准备不充分.
说明里有这么句话: All decisions are made at the discretion of the Admissions and Scholarship Committee.
是指Admission Committe和Scholarship Committe会一起决定吗? 也就是说scholarship committee也可以看到我写的application essays, 那样我在scholarship essays里就不用写重复的内容了? 大家怎么看.

Hey there!  This is a great question to reach out and ask the adcom.  But typically, they are DIFFERENT people that read the MBA essays, and the scholarship essays.  So if you repeat yourself (don’t use the EXACT same words) it is just fine.  Tell the same stories—your best stories—unless the adcom tells you to do differently.  Usually, they are not the same folks.  Scholarship people are different indeed.  Hope this helps, and good luck!

Thanks a lot Jon for your feedback! I'd rather not ask the adcom since the deadline for submission is very close, so I don't want to give the impression that I'm a not well prepared applicant. I understood typically they are different people. However, the online system shows that scholarship application is together with the general application and they shall be submitted altogether.  And the introduction of "All decisions are made at the discretion of the Admissions and Scholarship Committee." made me have such doubt if they may just be atypical.

Hey there—if you cant ask the school, then you have to make an assumption.  The best assumption in these cases is always that they are different people.  But why not reach out and ask?  You don’t even have to tell them your name!  Say that your name is Jon Frank from Osaka Japan if they ask—all you need is the answer.  So go get it!    Hope this helps!
