Hey there! The answer is that…NO it is not more difficult to get in with just two years of experience. Remember, most schools PREFER students who are younger—HBS and Stanford especially LOVE applicants who have fewer than 4 years of experience. So provided that you have some good stories, and provided that you can present yourself as being mature, then you do NOT need to worry. Two years of full time experience—provided that it is GREAT experience—should be just fine for you. This is especially true for the top schools in the world. Hope this helps!
