最近报offer的牛牛很多，看了他们的背景，基本都是工作4年+的；本人到今年9月才2年的WE，而且只是四大背景，本来呢也不想继续在四大干下去 了，所以想通过MBA来实现career switch，但看了被录取的大牛们的背景，又觉得我这种背景很难申到top的，所以在此请教下各位前辈，是不是一般两年的WE直接申top的成功的概率会低一些啊？哎，其实真的还是挺想申的，纠结啊~

工作时间越短，对你的academic的要求会更高一些，如果你是名校（甚至海外名校）毕业的话，高GPA等，会有一点点优势。

Hey there!  The answer is that…NO it is not more difficult to get in with just two years of experience.  Remember, most schools PREFER students who are younger—HBS and Stanford especially LOVE applicants who have fewer than 4 years of experience.  So provided that you have some good stories, and provided that you can present yourself as being mature, then you do NOT need to worry.  Two years of full time experience—provided that it is GREAT experience—should be just fine for you.  This is especially true for the top schools in the world.  Hope this helps!
