1. Walk through your resume?
2. Why MBA?
3. tell me a time when you have a conflict with your team member when you finish a very important task(including why the task is important, what's the conflict, how do you handle, what's the reaction)
4. tell me a time when someone is less focus on your job(why they are less focus, how do you ensure they focus, the result)
5. describe a time when you have to accomplish a task and there is no leader in your team
