本科和master - CUNY Accounting，本科GPA 3.98 master 3.90
GMAT 700出头
3年full-time工作经验（读本科时), 现在在纽约一家中型会计公司做tax
LOR，系主任，会计教授，经济教授还有之前的manager。。。

同时收到SUNY-Buffalo adm, waiting for funding decision

It's not that unsafe, my husband goes to Temple for part-time phD in Stat. Just don't live so close to the school.

Thanks. I'm planning to live either on campus or around the northern liberties area, hopefully it would work out.
