Offer from USF--finance PhD

Anyone knows which finance program is better? Univ of Kansas or Univ of South Florida?
Any suggestions will be really helpful!

Congratulations to you. My friend is studying PhD in statistics there. His friends said that USF finance students accepted in the past all got GMAT over 700.... so scary. but in terms of schools, I think USF (university of south florida) is not bad. Placement is ok.

By the way, may I ask for your background.
