谢谢楼主提供信息.我也给楼主一点儿我知道的关于KU的消息吧.他们招生组的一个人是我以前学校毕业的校友，在一次alumni的见面会上聊过.他说由于09年他们funding不够没有招生，所以排名受了影响.但是他们有两个非常有名的faculty，所以如果能跟这样的好教授做研究的话将来的placement还是很好的.

Is Dr. Anderson one of the two famous professors? He scheduled the interview via phone and seemed really nice.

Chris Anderson应该是他们最好的教授了，Bob DeYoung也非常有名.如果楼主是和Chris Anderson面试的话看来将来跟他做研究的可能性比较大，这样的话KU应该还是个非常不错的选择的.
另外我想问一下USF有没有说他们收几个？你知道你是第一个录的吗？

Dr. Sutton said they typically admit 2 to 4 students. There is another one in this forum also got offer from USF this morning.
what else did you apply??

我只申了东部的，还在等消息.Ninon给我发email已经是午饭的时候，她说还没有任何updates，看来是糊弄我，lol！祝贺楼主了，已经至少两个offer了吧.

i would vote for ku... bob deyoung is there if you want to do banking. there is another newly promoted lady associate professor (i forget her name) is there if you want to do empirical corporate finance... I cannot think of anyone from usf...
