[关于offer]求助~老师这么问我，不知道咋回~

Our base stipend is $16,100 for 9 months, plus full tuition remission, plus health insurance, which is higher than Arizona. The 9-month contract allows for additional funding to be obtained in the summer, and I am exploring some possibilities for you. Would this be acceptable to you? Any other issues that we need to discuss?

咋还9month呢？ two semester？我确实想去这里~ 也不愿意讨价还价的
不知道其他亲的offer都什么样子~

16100 is for the regular school time plus winter break, may from Sep. to May. then you the summer from June, to August, you may teach or do research assistant to get more funding.
