Hey there!  I don’t quite understand this question (perhaps it is because my Chinese isn’t so good) but I will say this—the best weaknesses are related to your strengths.  So for example, if your strength is that you are very creative, then a logical weakness might be that you can have a tendancy to make careless mistakes.  See how these two are connected?  Or if a strength is that you are a great people-person, then a weakness might be that you have trouble with confrontation.  You are TOO nice, and that can get in the way of your effective leadership.  Choose REAL weaknesses of course, but ones that make sense given the strengths that you have chosen.  Hope this helps!!!!
