关于OG12-4的官方解释的问题，兄弟姐妹们都进来帮忙看一下！！！！！！！！

但是官方解释关于 C和D 选项："It must refer to something (unlike in phrases such as "it is clear that...."), yet it does not plausibly refer to anything.

不明白 那位给解释一下。

根据我的理解 原句it is none that is more concentrated than 是强调句，因为去掉 it is...that  剩下的none was more concentrated than 也说得通。
it is clear that 是主语从句，it 指代that后面的部分。OG的就是 说的云里雾里不止啥意思？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

OG的解释说的是这个方面：it 是个名词，当然也指代名词，准确来说是指代“物”

所以当然不能用于指代that 后面的部分~~这道题里没有it可以指代的名词

原句是 maybe none is more concentrated as，并没有要表达强调的意思~~


撇开这个方面不说，也是可以排除掉C,D的
C，is 时态不对~~
E，perhaps 优先于maybe。因为maybe不是个正式书面语

就算句意是正确的，根据GMAT的惯例，也应该选更简洁的选项

我不是说了嘛，原句是 maybe none is more concentrated as，并没有要表达强调的意思~~

如果你要把它当成强调句来排除it指代的错误，那这个选项本身也改变了原句的意思，而且它也没有E选项简洁

LZ误会OG括号里的解释了，那并不是要举例一个强调句，而是举例一个it做形式主语的用法。OG要说明的是选项中的it 并不是一个形式主语，所以它必须有所指代。 形式主语只有当主语部分过长会导致头重脚轻的时候才使用的，这里并没有这个需要。

在英语语法里面，it 没有明确指代某物的情况只有两种，
一种就是做形式宾语或者形式主语；
另外一种就是习惯用法，用于指代天气、时间、环境等。例如 it is hot today.   it doesn't matter.

而我之前的回答是说： 即使把 it is none that is more concentrated than 看成是强调句，那这个选项也犯了wordy的错误，并且改变了句子的原意。

我个人还觉得，it is none that 是个awkward的表达，并没有印象见过用it is  that的句型来强调none，nothing ，nobody的。  当然，这个方面有待考证。
