Mr. Janeck: Stevenson will not win the election for governor since voters are unlikely to elect.
a business man with no political experience to a public office.
Ms. Siuzdak: On the contrary, Stevenson's business experience is a big plus for running a state government.

Apparently Ms. Siuzdak thought that Mr. Janeck labled Steven as having insufficient experience to run a public office. In reality, Mr. Janeck was simply pointing out a voter preference for governor, not belittling Stevenson.

还是不理解问题啊,这个to imply which of the following 不是做interpret的目的状语吗?那她interpret J的remark 来暗示的是自己的看法啊?怎么会是J的看法呢?
还是to imply which of the following 是做remark的定语?

题目中问的是Ms. S 认为J的意思是什么,J's remark to imply which of the following,而S只是interpret,即S对于J的话的理解,不是S自己的opinion。
