Many ppl will worship so called 大牛, actually they are 大牛 only because they made it, butif you try, you work hard, you got confidence and determination... you can also be 大牛.

Good luck to everyone!!!

Contrary to most of the posts here, I find the last sentence reveals the true intention of the OP. Just want to point out to OP that when you use "also", you are automatically assuming that you are one of those “大牛". I concede that your profile is above average on this forum, but it's still far away from being called “大牛" by many standards.

For one thing, your GPA is mediocre, which might signal that either your aptitude or work habit does not stand out among your peers. Second, you write ok English but still make mistakes here and there, which might make your much desired metamorphosis  from back office to front office very painful--I believe you know why IBs in Asia are such a big fan of ABCs.  Remember that many people on this forum have much better academic credentials and professional experiences (just to be clear, I am not talking about myself), and they seldom regard them as "大牛" simply because this word is reserved for the few who really have a god profile.

I guess the most imperative task for OP is to remember that when you are looking for an entry-level job in the financial industry, being too egocentric or even obnoxiously ignorant is not the right way to go. You can have some personality when you are in a senior position, but acting like you are a star while you are actually not will not help you win an offer.

In any event, I appreciate that OP shares his profile with us. However, I think less bragging and more application tips next time would be much more helpful.
