文中仅说目前的奖励标准是前三名，而过去15年中得奖的人又下降了。假设肯定是c，才能由得奖的人数下降推出合格的人少了。

有一点不明白的，既然都说了前三名有奖励，为何又会有得奖人数下降这一说法？不就是三人吗？

标准不可能只是三个人嘛
文章的意思是所有销售人员的前三分之一
因为合格的人数少了，所以相应的总人数也就少了嘛
心静COPY的是ELSAT上的，WINNE说的好象是黄皮书上的吧。应该是ASSUMPTION更对一些，否则光看问题也知道选C了。
