邮件里我看到的原文是“We are writing to draw your attention to new application procedures for applicants educated outside of the United States.  We are now requiring applicants from certain countries to provide official transcript evaluations.  For more information, instructions and a listing of these countries where foreign transcript evaluations are required, please go to:

然后那个link写着：China属于：For These Countries, we reserve the right to request an evaluation

我觉得可以呀，他不是reserve the right嘛，既然没说国人一定要，我就决定无视它……ps，我没收到这个邮件，是有同申的朋友收到了转我的，所以，我假装不知道……嗯，假装~~~
