看到的instruction是这样To upload your transcript(s), you have two options:

1. Completed Self-Reported Transcript Form (see detailed instructions below)
   
2. Scanned copy of an official transcript (see detailed instructions below)
   

If your original transcript is not in English, you must use the Self-Reported Transcript Form and complete it in English.
If your original transcript is in English, you may use the format that is most convenient for you. Neither format is preferred by the Admissions Committee.
我学校盖章的英文版成绩单算是“original transcript in English”的吧？感谢~
