刚跟Kim电面，事先咨询了skype是否方便，michell建议电话，特意买了电话卡。

看着CD的面经准备了二十来个题目，后来发现没心思看，就自己整理了自己的职业历程和自我评价，然后打电话过去，问题比较典型：
1) warm up。。cold whether in both sides
2) introduce what is blind interview
3) introduce your work experiences, highlight the job changes
4) follow-up question: what's the connection between your job change and your career goal
5) immediate and long-term career goal
6) Johnson program is customized, what courses/immersions/focuses/ clubs do you have interests in? how do you want to make your own program
7) other schools you applied and what's your choice if you get all the offers
8) how do you make youself outstanding when you are team member?
9) what's your surbordiante's comment on you when you are the leader?
10) the biggest responsibility--didnt' understand what she wanted to know, double check
11) the biggest risk have taken
12) improvement areas of your leadership
13) any actions to improve your weakness you mentioned in the essay? --my speaking of Toefl is 23, so i told i'm weak in oral english.
14) hobby and activities in offwork time
15) three bullets of yourself that you want me to tell the committee
16) Q&A, johnson style& immersion arrangement of consulting focus

真个过程大概40分钟，自己不是很满意，习惯面试别人了，被面感觉不够主动地present自己，一度英文说的有点慌，哎，刚跟法国人开完一个多小时的会，在面试官面前，舌头老打结。
总体上，问题还是比较贴近个人经历的，就是缺了点创意。

lz第二轮几月交的啊?我是赶着deadline交的,可是现在还在review,第三轮的面试好多都出来了.是不是没戏了???
