Questions for feedback:

Remind: keeping give positive confirmation for the suggestion.

Firstly,  what are your overall concerns about my application.  

Then my second question is that what’s the biggest weakness of my application?  

How do admission office evaluate about my essays? Is there any thing not so solid or persuading, such as …? (it would be better to review each essay and find the points to check one by one).

In your eyes, how about my teamwork and leadership skills that are expressed in my application?

What about the comments of my interview?

Do I need to re-take GMAT?

You know I really like … program, and I plan to reapply next year, do you have any suggestions for me to improve my application?  

If I were to reapply, would I have a chance or would I be wasting my time?

Sure. The time is enough.

In general, at the beginning, they will tell you the condition of overall application pool and give a review of your package. It's around 2 minutes. And then you have chance to ask as many questions as you prepare. Don't worry about the time. I have talked 25minutes with them in wharton feedback last year.

Just finished my feedback interview with Duke last night. Only 15 minutes but could not extend... So, i should suggest you asking your questions in priority.

I was adviced to improve my listening part of Toefl by 2-3 points though i got 61 in that part. Hard job...

But it seems I dont have to worry about it since I get to know my admission from UMBS this morning.

Time is enough for these questions.  But for Kellogg, he will only provide overall information on how they evaluation your application, not essay by essay.  They will tell you how you compare to the application pool this year.
