OB 最近是怎么了

居然那么多学校开始放出post-doc的职位了，我们学校就不说了，早就有了。西北，大米也都接着开始招post-doc了，西北一年给75K外加5000的研究基金，大米估计少不了这个数，我们这儿略高一些。有这个钱，干嘛不再添一点搞个visiting AP的position也好，招啥破四刀呢。。。。虽然benefits的成本低好多，但毕竟听着怪别扭的。。。。商院博后莫非从此要繁荣兴盛了？？？

现在很多都有visiting AP.其实和博士后也差不多

Kellogg had post-doc positions for several years already. Due to financial crisis, some universities have some "hiring freeze" guidelines except for position replacement. But since post-doc hiring is not under the school's control, each dept of center can hire post-docs if they have money.
