我觉得写得挺清楚的。意思就是你想想申就申。正常的一封信，并不意味着你已经开始申请了。

楼主你可能入过这所学校的网站看过相关内容或者用邮件登记过一些诸如学校选择的网站吧～我就是上UC Davis登记了一次onsite visit, 就经常收到他们提醒我申请的邮件了。所以不需要担心是个局。注册GMAT后我还经常收到MIT的申请邀请呢。。。可惜我可没那个potential啊，呵呵～

关键是，怎么会给USC ID的？？？


都说完成了网申才会给这个ID。。 而且当时我申请完催了他很久才发给我ID。。。
