A hiker walking at a constant rate of 4 miles per hour ispassed by a cyclist traveling in the same direction along the same path at aconstant rate of 20 miles per hour. Thecyclist stops to wait for the hiker 5 minutes after passing her, while thehiker continues to walk at her constant rate. How many minutes must the cyclist wait until the hiker catches up?

(20-4)*5/60=距离
距离/4=1/3小时=20minutes

楼上正解。如果是等了五分钟应该是wait for 5 minutes。如果是wait for sb+时间，时间是指一个时间状语，表示一个时间点，而不是时间段
